Our Teas
Sharing some of Japan’s most popular tea cultivars
After testing hundreds of tea powders, we selected ceremonial matcha blends and cultivars of the highest quality, grown in shade and carefully harvested in spring from their buds and young leaves.
We searched high and low for teas that boast complex yet approachable flavor profiles
This is what we found:
Stone ground
Processed for the finest velvety-smooth texture

Grown in small, generational, Japanese family-owned farms
First flush ceremonial matcha
Shaded for umami and sweetness, harvested in spring for the brightest shade of green
Medium-light roast hojicha
Roasted to maintain a delicate yet robust flavor profile
Our Farms
Our tea is especially healthy because of the people who produce it
We partnered with Japanese, family-owned, JAS and USDA certified organic farms that have been growing tencha tea leaves with sustainable agriculture and regenerative farming methods for generations. Without the use of pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, or chemical fertilizers, our healthy and hardy plants yield more nutritious tea powders.
Growing organic means the tea plants have to be healthier to face all environmental stresses (so you don’t have to!)

With matcha’s growing popularity, most companies have been purchasing their tea leaves from markets at low, low prices. Small generational tea farms can’t survive in this new tea industry, and many fields have been abandoned. We’re supporting traditional organic farming methods by purchasing direct and in small batches for higher quality, 100% organic tea without the up-charge.
Why the tennis branding?
Love means nothing in tennis! And this branding is kind of an oxymoron too
We play recreationally (aka for fun) and are inspired by the spirit of tennis: focus, perseverance, grace, and sportsmanship. So whether you want to win the day, need a mid-day pick me up, or just want to push past the finish line, we are just here to support you through your Matchpoint moments.

We’re the two sisters who started a matcha brand together! We were burnt out from our 9-5s and needed a creative outlet. We don’t consider ourselves business savvy or dare to call ourselves entrepreneurs, but rather, serial hobbyists who put their heart and soul into this latest endeavor. A brand formed with purpose, intention, and community, we hope you enjoy our matcha brand as much as we enjoyed building it for you 🫶
